Nursery & Reception - Sapphire
Welcome to Sapphire Class!
Our class in made up of Reception and Nursery Duckling children. This term our children decided upon our new theme which is Bears. We have an exciting new classroom and we will be busy making Bear puppets, a picnic for our teddy bears, painting, learning about different cultures and festivals and much more.
We really enjoy exploring our beautiful and exciting school field and our very own outdoor gardens. We like to grow strawberries, plant seeds and set up new role play areas. On a Friday afternoon we take part in exciting Forest school activities on the field. We work together to build dens, toast marshmallows and use nature for our creative work.
As a class we enjoy going out on school trips and experiencing new places. Sometimes we have visitors in school and we take part in different workshops. We are looking forward to visiting Imagine That in Liverpool and the local library.
