Physical Education Policy

Curriculum Statement:

At Richard Durning's Endowed Primary School we aim to provide an engaging and challenging PE curriculum that allows all students to achieve beyond their expectations.

We aim to develop the knowledge, skills and capabilities necessary for mental, emotional, social and physical wellbeing in our children, now and for their future. Physical fitness at our school contributes to and is an important part of leading and building a healthier lifestyle. We aim to teach children self-discipline within fitness and instil in children a love of physical activity through team work, developing their potential and become the best they can be.
